The Colorado Pay It Forward Fund connects employers to high-quality, value-driven training providers that create a pipeline of local, skilled, diverse employees who can help deliver on business goals.
The fund is designed to support employers who are:
Looking for local talent with specific skill sets in key industries
Partnering with training providers that provide a direct pipeline to local talent
Providing training in-house that allows workers to earn wages of at least $20 an hour
