The Colorado Pay It Forward Fund helps eligible training providers grow and support more job seekers.

We invest in high-quality educational and job training programs, measured on the following criteria*:

• • Program(s) support Colorado students and workers over the age of 18
  • Program(s) can be completed in 2 years or less and provides workers with an expected starting salary of no less than $40,000 annually
  • Program(s) are effective in reaching various communities facing barriers to employment
  • Program(s) have high completion rates that result in high job placement rates
  • Program(s) are employer-connected and support students through job placement and beyond.

The Colorado Pay It Forward Fund customizes outcomes-based loans based on the needs of training providers and their participants. The Fund vets all prospective training providers.
