1. The Colorado Pay It Forward Fund connects job seekers to training programs with a proven track record of job placement.
2. For select programs, eligible job seekers are offered interest-free loans to help cover tuition and/or living expense costs that only require repayment when loan recipients get a job that pays at least $40,000 annually.
