The Colorado Pay It Forward Fund helps eligible job seekers admitted to high-quality job training programs land jobs in well-paying, high-demand fields.
1. The training providers and employers included in The Colorado Pay It Forward Fund connect job seekers to training programs with a proven track record of job placement.
2. For select programs, eligible job seekers are offered no- and low-interest loans to help cover tuition and/or living expense costs that only require repayment when loan recipients get a job that pays at least $40,000 annually.
